Web accessibility certification-prep documents,
made from your site address
We map automated testing (axe-core), a 30-press keyboard Tab walk and supplementary checks onto the 33 KWCAG 2.2 items and deliver PDF and DOCX documents. Items that need a person to check are written down as "manual check".

Digital Inclusion Act timeline
Korea's Digital Inclusion Act took effect on 22 January 2026. The Ministry of Science and ICT announcement (21 January 2026) sets the following schedule by business size. This staged schedule concerns the duties of kiosk (unmanned terminal) manufacturers and lessors; check separately which website accessibility duties apply to you and when.
- Act takes effect
- Kiosk manufacturing/leasing guidance period ends — large and mid-sized enterprises
- Same duty applies — SMEs
- Same duty applies — small businesses and micro-enterprises
Check the competent ministry's guidance and the statute for which obligations apply to you and when. This page and the documents are not legal advice.

We do not claim conformance from automated tests
Automated testing covers only some of the 33 items. Where nothing is found we write "no automated errors (manual check remaining)", and we do not publish an inflated average score. The documents tell you what to fix and what a person must check before the certification audit.

With the certification-prep pack, quarterly re-assessments give you updated documents after your fixes.
