개인정보 처리방침

(주)스마일스토리(이하 "회사")는 「개인정보 보호법」에 따라 아래와 같이 개인정보를 처리합니다.
1. 받는 항목과 목적

카드 번호 등 결제 수단 정보는 결제대행사(Stripe)가 처리하며 회사는 받거나 보관하지 않습니다. 이 서비스는 회원 가입·로그인이 없고 쿠키를 쓰지 않습니다. 주민등록번호는 받지 않습니다.

국외 이전을 원하지 않으면 주문·문의를 하지 않을 수 있습니다. 이 경우 서비스를 제공할 수 없습니다.
4. 정보주체의 권리
열람·정정·삭제·처리정지를 요청할 수 있습니다. 법령에 따라 보관해야 하는 기록은 그 기간 동안 삭제할 수 없습니다. 요청 접수: wiasoom@smilestory.ai (지체 없이, 늦어도 10일 안에 답합니다)
5. 파기
보관 기간이 끝난 정보는 지체 없이 복구할 수 없는 방법으로 삭제합니다. 주문 기록·서류 파일·문의는 매일 자동 정리 작업이 지우고, 처리 기록은 주 단위로 교체해 지웁니다.
6. 안전 조치
주문 상태 링크는 추측할 수 없는 32바이트 토큰으로 만들고, 회사는 토큰의 해시만 보관합니다. 서류 파일은 웹에서 직접 열 수 없는 곳에 두고 토큰을 확인한 뒤에만 내려보냅니다. 데이터베이스 계정은 이 서비스 전용이며 최소 권한만 가집니다. 알림·기록에는 메일 주소를 가려서 남깁니다(문의 회신용 텔레그램 알림 제외).

8. 권익침해 구제
개인정보 침해로 상담이 필요하면 아래 기관에 문의할 수 있습니다: 개인정보침해신고센터(privacy.kisa.or.kr, 국번 없이 118), 개인정보분쟁조정위원회(kopico.go.kr, 1833-6972), 대검찰청(spo.go.kr, 국번 없이 1301), 경찰청(ecrm.police.go.kr, 국번 없이 182).
9. 방침 변경
이 방침을 바꾸면 시행 7일 전에 이 페이지에 알립니다. 받는 항목이나 국외 이전처럼 정보주체 권리에 중요한 변경은 30일 전에 알립니다.

EU accessibility documents (business customers)
For orders on /eu-pack/ (business customers only), SmileStory Inc. also collects: company name, EU VAT number and the result of its check in the European Commission's VIES service (registered name and address, check date), the name and category of the service, the Member States and languages chosen, and optionally an accessibility contact that is printed in the published statement. If VIES does not respond when you order, we accept the order and check the number again automatically within 24 hours. Purpose: deciding whether we may sell (businesses with a valid VAT number only), issuing the reverse-charge invoice, and producing the documents.
Recipients: the European Commission (VIES) receives the VAT number when it is checked; Stripe, Inc. (USA) receives the company name, VAT number, billing address and email to process the payment and issue the invoice; Telegram FZ-LLC (UAE) receives, in the internal payment notice to the operator, the company name entered, the VAT number and the VIES registered name (both names when they differ), with the email masked. Storage and retention are as described above (orders and invoices 5 years; unpaid orders deleted after 2 days; documents deleted 30 days after the one-year term).
English summary
For orders of the KWCAG certification-prep documents and agency enquiries on a11y.wiabook.com, SmileStory Inc. collects: contact email and the site addresses to test (required); business name, business registration number and tax-invoice email (optional); payment amount, time, payment ID and the consent text version; and, for enquiries, company name, contact email and number of sites. Card details are handled by Stripe and never reach us; we do not use cookies or collect resident registration numbers. Unpaid orders are deleted after 2 days. Order and payment records are kept for 5 years (Korean E-Commerce Act Enforcement Decree Art. 6; tax records under the Framework Act on National Taxes Art. 85-3); generated documents are deleted within 30 days after the one-year term; enquiries are deleted after one year. Data is stored on Oracle Cloud (Tokyo region, Japan) and transferred to Stripe, Inc. (USA) for payment, Google LLC (USA) for email, and Telegram FZ-LLC (UAE) for internal operator notices (payment notices carry a masked email, and for EU orders the company name, VAT number and VIES registered name).
